We are a locally owned and operated civil engineering firm specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. A & O Engineering was founded in 2011 and we are licensed to provide engineering services as well as site development consulting in Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Idaho.

What We Offer
A & O Engineering processes land use applications for tentative and final partitions, subdivisions, site reviews, planned unit developments, and cluster subdivisions. We also process environmental applications including DEQ NPDES permits. Our firm has experience dealing with complex sites that require 1200c permits and wetland mitigation calcs. Additionally, A & O Engineering provides detail engineering documents for public improvements, private building permits, step backwater analysis DEQ 1200c permits, and complete engineering analyses for wetland JPA fill permits. our projects vary from multi building campuses to stormwater design for an individual home.

The development, planning, and permitting process can be challenging and expensive but A & O has navigated these phases many times and can guide your project on the most efficient and economical path possible while maintaining one point of contact during the complex development approval process.
