Scott Morris is a professional engineer with over 30 years of experience. He obtained his Bachelors in Civil Engineering in 1989 and his PE license in 1993. Scott started A & O Engineering in 2011 we currently have projects all over Oregon. Scott is a licensed engineer in Oregon, Washington and Arizona.
Kyle Morris started with A & O Engineering in 2017. He obtained his Bachelors in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University and earned his PE in 2020. Kyle is part owner of A & O Engineering and he is a project manager who oversees all aspects of the project process. Kyle is licensed in both Oregon and Idaho.
